Burundi Gihere | Espresso Roast

This Burundi doesn't give everything away at once. It bursts open with juicy ripe mango and candied lemon before settling into sweeter notes of red grape and dried fruit. Running through it all is a rich toffee sweetness and silky texture that keeps pulling you back for another sip. Add milk and the acidity softens into flavours of caramel custard and coconut.
